Perfect Memo
Privacy Policy

Perfect Memo collects no user information whatsoever. The app contains no capability to send data to any external server.

Information we collect. None. The app does not create accounts, require sign-in, or collect email addresses; does not collect device identifiers or advertising identifiers (IDFA); does not collect location data; uses no analytics or crash reporting; shows no ads and integrates no ad network; and does not share or sell information to third parties. The source code contains no networking code, which is verified on every build by an automated test (test/privacy_claims_test.dart).
Where your content is stored. Notes, tasks, mandal-arts, work flows, notebooks and trash are stored in a single file (SQLite) inside the app's private storage on your device. The file lives in the iOS app sandbox and is not reachable by other apps. No third party, including the developer, can read it. No cloud sync is offered.
When content leaves your device. Only in the two cases below, and only when you initiate them:
- Export / Share — hands the content you selected to an app you choose (Mail, Messages, Files, and so on).
- Create backup file — writes a backup file to a location you choose.
After that, the privacy policy of the app or service you chose governs the data. Perfect Memo has no involvement past that point.
Notifications. Notifications are scheduled and displayed entirely on the device (iOS local notifications). Their titles and contents never leave the device. You may deny notification permission; every other feature works normally if you do.
Children. The app is not directed at children. Because it collects no personal information from any user, it collects none from children either.
Retention and deletion. Your content exists only on your device, so retention and deletion are entirely under your control. In-app: move to Trash, then empty the Trash to delete permanently. Removing the app: deleting Perfect Memo from iOS deletes all stored content with it, and it cannot be recovered.
Your rights. Since no personal information is collected, there is no collected data to access, correct, delete, or restrict. Content you create can be viewed, edited, deleted and exported by you at any time within the app.
If this policy changes, we update this document and the in-app copy at Settings → About → Privacy policy in the same release, and revise the effective date above. Questions: milovane7777@gmail.com

이용자가 만든 자료의 저장. 메모, 할일, 만다라트, 순서도, 노트북, 휴지통의 내용은 이용자 기기 내부의 애플리케이션 전용 저장 공간에 있는 파일 하나(SQLite)에만 저장됩니다. 이 파일은 iOS 앱 샌드박스 안에 있어 다른 앱이 접근할 수 없습니다. 개발자를 포함한 어떤 제3자도 이 내용을 열람할 수 없습니다. 클라우드 동기화 기능은 제공하지 않습니다.
자료가 기기 밖으로 나가는 경우. 다음 두 가지뿐이며, 모두 이용자가 직접 실행할 때에만 일어납니다.
- 내보내기 / 공유 — 이용자가 고른 앱(메일, 메시지, 파일 등)으로 선택한 자료를 전달합니다.
- 백업 파일 만들기 — 이용자가 지정한 위치에 백업 파일을 저장합니다.
전달 이후의 처리는 이용자가 선택한 그 앱 또는 서비스의 개인정보 처리방침을 따릅니다. Perfect Memo는 전달 이후의 자료에 관여하지 않습니다.
알림. 알림은 기기 내부에서만 예약·표시됩니다(iOS 로컬 알림). 알림의 제목과 내용은 기기를 벗어나지 않습니다. 알림 권한은 이용자가 거부할 수 있으며, 거부해도 알림 외의 모든 기능은 정상 동작합니다.
만 14세 미만 아동. 이 앱은 아동을 특정하여 대상으로 하지 않으며, 어떤 이용자로부터도 개인정보를 수집하지 않으므로 아동의 개인정보 또한 수집하지 않습니다.
보관 기간과 파기. 이용자의 자료는 이용자의 기기에만 있으므로, 보관과 파기는 전적으로 이용자가 통제합니다. 앱 내 삭제: 휴지통으로 이동 후, 휴지통을 비우면 완전히 삭제됩니다. 앱 삭제: iOS에서 앱을 삭제하면 저장된 모든 자료가 함께 삭제되며 복구할 수 없습니다.
이용자의 권리. 수집하는 개인정보가 없으므로 열람·정정·삭제·처리정지를 요청할 대상 정보가 존재하지 않습니다. 이용자가 만든 자료는 앱 안에서 이용자가 직접 열람·수정·삭제·내보내기 할 수 있습니다.
이 방침이 변경되면 앱 업데이트와 함께 본 문서 및 앱 내 「설정 → 정보 → 개인정보 처리방침」의 내용을 갱신하고, 위 시행일을 바꿉니다. 문의: milovane7777@gmail.com
